FC Forum keep advising exceeded max login attempts

Sure, for the current session. So as long as I am logged in. When the session ended (I logged out) the cookies are gone. When I then log in again, e.g. using another laptop, I am again seeing that my attempts to log in are exceeded and I have to answer a question. And this is annoying.

I can happily report that I can now login without he need to answer questions.

Ehm, it is back. I get now again every time on login that I exceeded the max login attempts. Kurt, can you please have a look?
