So, when I was looking for potential umbrella organizations for FreeCAD, I found out about NumFOCUS and thought of sharing it here to see what people think about it. By looking at the sponsored projects, I am not 100% sure if FreeCAD would qualify, but their homepage says "Better tools to build a better world" and I think FreeCAD could be one of those tools (it could literally build the world
