I have a quick question: Did you thought such scenario: Two bodies with some geometry already done. Now user wants to add fillet, but for some reason (eg. being clumsy) selected one edge from first body and one edge from other. Are you checking selection for such case or will it work sensible anyway?

So I just tried exactly your scenario and this is what happened:
1. The dialog box appeared, with one of the bodies selected. I chose to go with it and pressed OK.
2. There was another error, this time from the fillet command, saying "Select an edge, face, or body from a single body."
