Well, the point here is that it is the work of the solver reducing the length of the line to 0 and afterwards the code is complaining just about this fact.
But since you can undo that step, you might call it a cosmetic issue.

It is not. But, would it make sense to enhance the solver information so that this is reported in the UI?

"Both points are equal" mostly means there is a zero length geometry somewhere. This is cumbersome to debug.

I am unsure if we already talked about this. I have some déjà vue regarding this topic. :oops:
