HI,
From time to time I get a question why my WB doesn't work.
I do my tests and development on latest FreeCAD. Please don't expect my WB work on older FreeCAD.
I would try my best to eliminate any real failure during the same day. But if it is related to the version .. I would not be able to fix that.
I hope you don't dislike this idea.

That's normal for new WBs in development.

Do you know why some users get problem with importing OCC ..even if they have version 20?
It is working on my machine (windows 10)
Dose anywhere this library excludes in FreeCAD?
