Top Menu Missing from Freecad 0.19

I have search the forum and can't seem to find a similar discussion on this topic.
The Top Menu in freecad is missing (see attachment) and to select an option I would have to move the cursor down about 1/2 an inch to make a selection.

Any help would be greatly appreciated in solving this problem.

We have seen this before, perhaps it was on Linux? Can you retry with the current 0.20 version?
