no, it is not
assembly sub-forum is a "dumping" place for Link branch related posts (in the absence of dedicated sub-forum)
Many Link branch related posts have nothing to do with assembly.
I am using Link branch and Assembly3
you can also download ... and try it here

Since now Asm3 can be installed in master maybe just the Asm3 related questions should be directed to Assembly subforum? And for general LinkBranch questions just add [LB] in the thread title to make it clear at first glance?

I have asked too to create subforums for the most wanted addons (Curves, A2+, A4, SheetMetal) and would count the branch as one of these, but there was indeed not much feedback. This may change if more users voice their opinions.

Parallel to 0.21 there will be an experimental branch with the toponaming improvements and we should definitely create a new forum for this, similar to the PartDesign Next discussions we used to have.

Who did you ask for a feedback? I don't recall being asked? :P
There is a discord channel (https://discord.com) but I personally don't like the format (maybe I am too old... )
it covers in amongst other things, Linkstage3, Assembly3 etc, etc
