I printed a v2.06
Image

Tolerances on encoder a little tight in version 2.06

I believe according to your message above v2.08 resolved the nut dimensions?

Again I think v2.08 resolves this issue
Image
M5 header needs 2mm extra space.

Not really sure what this is about?
In the below photo from version 2.06, front 'legs' need extra ~2mm width, please. I _think_ this may be the only outstanding one?

Have added a new version which includes a battery clip, and corrects all errors so far identified. :D

Sooo

In the process of widening the arms, I think the holes got moved too

Could you keep the width the same (or bring it in by 0.5mm) but move the centre of the holes back to 44mm please?

It would have been really helpful if I'd had that picture earlier.

This is a bit of a problem, there is not enough space to use nuts, the standoffs will need to be screwed directly.

I will delete the nut slots.

Great, thanks

A 2.08 version arrived so I mostly put it together: https://twitter.com/RosmoRobot/status/1 ... 61/photo/2

* Encoder sockets still a little too small, extra 0.5mm all around would fix
* The 'arms' that hold the PCB could be 0.8mm longer
* The part behind the motor fouls the motor cable and could be removed, this bit: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/rosmo ... -piece.png
* Getting exactly the right size bolt length is tricky, if the bolt holes all continued through the body 'after' the bolt this wouldn't matter

Hello.
My bit contribution. Fixed blue detail:

1. Expanded encoder sockets
2. Motor cable can now go out up
