Documentation for the A2plus workbench available

The A2plus workbench is an external workbench to assemble different parts in FreeCAD.

Thanks for extending the wiki. It's important work.
A Sketcher Lecture with in-depth information is available in English, auf Deutsch, en français, en español.

You may also want to post also in the Wiki forum, there are some issues with translations with screenshots of the English GUI.
It looks really good in English though, very well organized.

What issues do you see in the screenshots? That the second parts list screenshot has a German line is purposely done to show that you can use also special characters.
