I just made a new LibPack by simply replacing Qt 5.12.1 with Qt 5.12.2 inside official LibPack 12.5.3. Not sure if it is still relevant.

Try Assembly3 (latest version 0.11) along with my custom build of FreeCAD at here.

Many thanks!
The only missing thing in your package is to update Gmsh. Can you please put in the gmsh.exe from at least 4.8.2 because I found out that in 4.8.0 they had bugs with OCC objects. With 4.8.2 meshing works fine.

I have update the libpack with gmsh 4.8.3. I simply installed the pip gmsh package, and copy the exe and dll into bin directory. https://github.com/realthunder/FreeCAD_ ... 64_VC17.7z

Thanks.
But why is there a DLL? The official Win builds has just one big .exe: http://gmsh.info/bin/Windows/gmsh-4.8.3-Windows64.zip
Maybe the pip version has some Python-specific things in? However, I think we should continue to take the Win builds they offer at their website.

All necessary things are now in the 0-19 branch. Can you please tag 0.19.2?

Both Portable and Installable builds crash on startup with Windows 10 1909. I'll update to latest Windows 10 build and report back. Here are all the crash logs.

UpDate: Works good with latest Windows build Version 20H2. Stylesheet "bugs" are fixed although About FreeCAD dialog still not pleasing with Dark Stylesheets (fixed in 0.20) and still the issue of a 100% progress meter https://forum.freecadweb.org/viewtopic.php?f=34&t=57718. All in all very polished and "visually" bug free so far. Good job everyone.

I have access to a Windows 10 box rev 20H1 I believe, it's certainly not 20H2 and report back.

The portable installer misses several features like CalculiX and GMSH. Can you please have a look because in the LibPack they are included.

I also uploaded an installer containing GMSH and CalculiX: https://github.com/donovaly/FreeCADInst ... tag/0.19.2. (There you also find the used source code.)

@sgrogan, who writes an announcement/news? I could do this but would like to see how the changelogs were written in the past. I had a look at our website and there I cannot find a single announcement that a new stable version is available.

There should be a news section at the website where we can not only announce new stable releases but also other news like links to new tutorials, explanations of new feature previews etc.
Who ca create such a section?
