New releases

Hi guys,
I've got lately less time to work on FreeCAD. Its pretty busy at work and Im in the process of buying/building a house with my girlfriend (which is unbelievably time consuming).
But since Werner and Yorik did such an excellent job hope my time of is not to bad.

Nerveless I put some time in to make some releases. Werner did a back-port of some fixes to the 0.10 so I build a new installer for that.

After struggling some hours with my build system I managed to make a unstable release for 0.11 and try to continue roughly weakly.
I also put together a 7.7 LibPack (with the SMESH stuff). I put Werners x64 LibPack and the sMesh x64 together in a 7.7 x64 package.
Still can not test the x64 stuff on my machine.

Hopefully at Christmas holidays I got more time to code....
