Hi,
Is possible in FreeCAD:
1) export color theme (sketch, parts, etc.. colors) and use it in higher version by importing or share with someone?
2) to create keyboard shortcuts for tools?

Creating custom (macro) tool allows you to assign keyboard shortcut for it:

AFAIK there isn't any other GUI tool to do that more directly for existing set of tools in FreeCAD. Therefore you need to create "macro wrapper" first to assign keyboard shortcut for existing tool through it.
