The Draft Clone Scale inputs behave differently than the other inputs in that they limit the number of places after the decimal point when pasting, where for the Position, etc... the input is rounded to the precision of the FreeCAD configuration.
This is a trivial issue, and I only mention it to further polish the program.

Yes, what I meant is that unlike other inputs, if you make a calculation on your computer calculator, and it has in excess of your FreeCAD precision, it precludes pasting, where in the Placement fields it rounds the number to the FreeCAD precision.
As I said, not a big deal, but the little things don't get polished without feedback .
