Issue with new dev V18 version, where to post

I have seen some major slow downs between v18.137 and v18.138. Where do I post these issues?

Are these still present in the current developer version? We currently have ~13964 available.

I'll get .139.
The navigation cube is slowing down screen updates when I sketch. There is a slight delay when I go to drag the cursor when I drag out a box for instance.

I know the cube can be turned off but maybe it shouldn't be in the active draw area. I don't dislike it.

Maybe I should be on my fast computer; anything that slows redraw time might not be good in the long run.

I still have the issue here. I'm sure you guys put much effort into this but I have to turn it off, at least on this laptop (i5 2.5 Ghz).
