Same FreeCAD version as my post above. From the information given in the exercise the overall height can't be determined, so I chose a height.

I bought it , it´s quite nice and really cheap

The examples are not related to any Version of FreeCad , the files are DWG Format.

It would make a lot of sense, to collect the FCSTD files somewhere...probably asking the author if that is ok for him before...

The book seems from 2013

I think making a collection would be nice, I would like my files included.

It would also be good if the same object was created using different methods, such as datum lines, planes, etc..

For now I plan on creating more objects and posting them to this thread.

We have this https://github.com/FreeCAD/Examples
Think of a directory structure under "100 cad exercises"

If we can come up with some structure you can make pull requests or post the models here and I can do it.

Thanks!
Can anyone find the license of the book and/or the companion files? It would be nice to post a baseline, don't know if we can?

Are you sure - isn't that page 64? I modeled mine differently to get a similar result, but once again I think that the overall height can't be determined from the information given in that drawing.
