Hi, I've just uploaded this package to Debian Unstable. Since it's Qt 5-enabled, the Start WB is turned on again, although the alignment seems broken and it doesn't look so great IMO. For the Qt 4 build, I had disabled the build of the Start WB and added a patch to make Part Design the default workbench, which I would almost like to do if the cause of the broken alignment can't be found.
