Dear Forum,
It seems that I finally cracked it. My adjustable honeycomb should fit all bees. (100% parametric)
The idea is that basic parameter values can be set in a spreadsheet (like element radius, wall between elements, number of rows and columns).
Although provided here for hexagons as a primary shape, the approach can be useful for circles, and other shapes as well. In this manner pipe bundles for heat exchangers could be designed.
Suggestions for improvement are most welcome.
Greetz

Thanks for sharing the file.
If you explain a lite bit about context and applications it would be nice (also for a better feedback).

Re: Honeycomb (fits all bees)
Hello Roland,
thanks for your file. I tried it in FC version 18.4 and 19 beta, it works until I change more than a bit some of the parameters in the spreadsheet. For example if I increase the number of rows and column to 48, 36 the result becomes a grid of points instead of hexagons.
I have a similar result if I try to reduce the circle diameter to a small size.
Is there maybe an issue with the latest FC versions ?
Thanks and all the best.
