Optimizations?

Can anyone comment on the following optimizations which seem natural but appear not to be happening for multi-transform in Parts WB?

No recompute needed after hit OK for an added transform
No recompute needed after hit OK for the whole task

The particular model I'm working on has an 8 x 12 tapered hole replication. It's expensive enough that I keep a model around without the transform, so if anything needs to be added I add it to the model without the transform and then re-add the transform.

Also, no recompute is needed when modifying an unreferenced spreadsheet item. Are these ref-counted or linked in any way?
