Expression Crash bug FreeCAD0.18.1 Py3 on kubuntu 18.04

A crash bug Werner fixed found in 0.18.1, presumably should be included in 0.18.2 if/when tagged.

The "R" was not appearing with USA Customary units on a radius dimension in TechDraw

https://forum.freecadweb.org/viewtopic. ... us#p302337

perhaps that would also be appropriate for a future 0.18.2?
