The problems listed above are now fixed, and the nav style is in PR: https://github.com/FreeCAD/FreeCAD/pull/2163

Yes, that was, and remains, the whole point of the nav style's existence. I am only doing it for windoze, unfortunately, so the behavior on Linux is unknown (and probably broken).

We need to add this to the known issues list

Linux is pretty straightforward: I just need to install it, get latest freecad, and check. If broken, figure out how to compile, and what can be done.

For macos, I would need a laptop with their special trackpad.

I will test on MacOS as soon as it is available.
A Sketcher Lecture with in-depth information is available in English, auf deutsch, en français, en español.
