I haven't finished but here's where I left off. The .pdf lists shows the Spreadsheet cells near the corresponding dimension but it is incomplete, it was done before I knew how the finished model was supposed to look, and if I were to do it again I'd only reference a few values from a Spreadsheet (as it is now I think it is more confusing than practical).

The pdf seems to be damaged. Can anyone else open it?

It's not a .pdf file, it's a .ps file. So please rename it. ;)

Probably attached the wrong file? " The .pdf lists the Spreadsheet cells..."

Here's my take on this little challenge.
I have read that it's really something and not a weird design for a wind turbine only after completing it:)

Sorry, I did save it as a .pdf, and it opens and looks fine for me using Document Viewer (Evince) on Ubuntu 18.04 as shown in the image UR_ posted, but I don;t know how to fix it. I made the annotations and saved it using flpsed (which I hadn't used before) but I don't think I can save it any differently...

Edit: I'll try again later using Okular, which (I think) worked for me here before.

Maybe this attached pdf is better? I only did the first page and it should look like this:

If it looks ok then I'll add the cell notes to the other pages.

Which one is the 12mm hole offset? Also I did not understand what is that 5mm dimension (B18 in your image)?
