Can't merge ball bearing
I have created a ball bearing that I want to 3d-print. But I can't merge them. Maybe someone can help?

What do you mean with "merging"?

Re: Can't merge ball bearing
We call it "Fusion" or "Union".
Your model has coplanar faces which you want to fuse. They often cause problems with boolean operations. And you have to set Fuse=true in the arrays such as Array002, if the items overlap.

If you "merge" all parts of thit "ball-bearing" the result ll be a compact block of material

Re: Can't merge ball bearing
Rereading my comment I'm afraid it was a bit unclear. These are two issues: Coplanar and setting the fuse property. I have corrected my post above.
