[duplicate] [regression] Crash in the Addon manager

While testing the addon manager I got crashes and have found now a way to reproduce:

- restart FC
- open the addon manager
- left click on the 3D Printing Tools addon jut to retrieve info about it. Don't do anything else (no installation or update)
- now click on the a2plus addon to retrieve its info
- continue this for the following addons

result: You will sooner or later get a crash.

The interesting thing is that after every crash I need to do this for more and more addons. I fact the crash occurs when I retrieve the info of the 4th addon that I have never selected before. So when I delete my user preferences to start again from scratch in terms of addons, I get here a crash at the 4th addon. I am not sure if the number 4 is reproducible because sometimes FC hangs for a while already at the 3rd addon but becomes alive again after a while.

This bug is not in FC 0.18.
