Sheet metal workbench questions on unfold and bend lines

I created a part using the sheet metal workbench. Fairly simple part, but for some reason I can't unfold the part. Never had this happen before, but its the first time I have done a sheet metal part in 0.18 version of FreeCAD, so I'm not sure if there is some incompatibility or something.

In any case, I have attached the model. Perhaps someone knows the trick.

It works here, so you may upgrade to latest 0.19.

What do you have selected that then enables the unfold icon in the tool bar?

select i.e.. an internal face

I had selected the inner inner side of the bottom of the box.

Just an idea: Addons do not update automatically, you have to do it yourself via the Addonmanager.

Yes, I added via the add on manager.

Yes, once I selected the bottom of the box, the icon enabled, and it unfolded it. That was the trick. I figured it had to be something simple, but its been awhile since I did a sheet metal part.

I noticed in the picture you posted of the unfolded sheet metal, that you were getting the bend lines. When I do it, I am not getting the bend lines. I think I have something configured wrong, but playing around with the settings that pop up when I unfold yields nothing. No visible bend lines at all. Any clues?

I have a sheet metal project, and I created the Unfold for it, but the bend lines are not showing up, so I cannot do a 2D drawing for manufacturing it.

Is there some kind of setting, or something I am missing to get the bend lines to show up?
