What about having the parts modeled by the community and give the money to FreeCAD project?

Hi openBrain, I like this idea and have a project that I need help with. How would you propose we can accomplish this?
Thanks,
Vic

Like it. :) Open a new topic in the "Help on using FreeCAD" subforum and explain there what you want giving as much possible details & input data. ;)
If it's something quite complex and you'd like to have a structure (and you're not afraid it's public :P ), you may envisage to open a GitHub project where you store input data and people can send pull requests.
Actually up to you, it's an open community. :)

As this would be my first job, I would be happy to make several models for free as well.

Collaborator Designer sought

Non commercial/ hobbyist

hello I am an old chap that cant get my head around this technology but I want to design a ‘house’ just for fun. Not to build not for plans just for fun.
I have tried to make this software work but given up – but I thought there might be a a hobbyist out there with not much to do during lockdown who could knock something up for me for a reasonable sum (or lots of beer)

In fact I have never been on a board before! So sorry if I do not know etiquette¬¬

This is my first post ever anywhere - i think it may be in the wrong place....

No professionals please Contact thru this board .
When replying it would be a help to explain how to reply to you if it is not simple....

many many thanks
