Rename: better names for the hubs

Current situation
*User hub
*Power users hub (the noun is plural)
*Developer hub

However, in the wiki sidebar, we have these links
*User Hub (capital letter for the second word)
*Powerusers hub (no space between the first two words)
*Developers hub (now the noun is plural)

This is inconsistent. We should have names that follow the same pattern, either completely singular, or plural, and not mix sentence case with Title Case.

For example, all singular.
*User hub
*Power user hub
*Developer hub

This should be the page name, but also how it should appear in the sidebar.

I'm starting to get lost in the requests for renaming pages. I wish there was a place where all the threads were organizaed and I can one by one cross them off. Because moving a page isn't simply just moving it. There is another process that I've semi-automated that ensures that redirects to the new page are created for the page and all it's current translations.
