User Control Panel hard to read

I looked at my User Control Panel for this wiki and saw this:

The Important Announcements section is hard to read because of the distracting background.
This happens in both Firefox and Chrome.

BTW is there a simple way to paste a screenshot into a message like this? Putting the screenshot on grabcad and then sharing the link was a hassle, and I'm not sure anyone will even be able to see the screenshot.

Same Problem here. I use the FreeCAD forum style.
