### What does equality of arcs constraint mean?

Hi All,

In the attached sketch constraint 22 sets two arcs equal. Previous I also set these two arcs to have the same center. On the sketch they do not look equal. I am trying to figure out why.

Related questions: is there way to constraint arc length directly?

Set the ends of the arc's to be horizontal, now do the arcs look equal?

You can give it an angle, so yes.

P.S. you meant equal in length? no it means equal radius.

As @Bance said

sketcher tutorial page 66 @chrisb put a lot of effort into the tutorial.

@mendy - thank you! I should have checked it first.

@Bance - thank you as well! It looks like I cannot select 3 points (origin and end points of arc) and constraint them. So I in order to constraint arc I probably need to give two angles constraints. Do you agree?
