When I draw a dash-dot line using draft workbench, copy it to a drawing then export the drawing to SVG I get the result as in the image. Is there any way to improve the dash-dot export ie increase the dash length so that the SVG image would have a more realistic dash-dot line?

BTW I can edit the line in Inkscape and change the stroke style to 'Dash-Dot; then it looks correct. It is possible that the dash-dot text in the svg xml is not what Inkscape is expecting.

hm yes indeed at the moment the dash-dot pattern is crudely hard-coded to some value that worked for me... Indeed it's probable that it doens't work nicely for other people. I think the best course of action would be to add a preference setting so the user can customize the pattern... Can I ask you to make a feature request on http://www.freecadweb.org/tracker/ ? Otherwise I will probably forget about this... Thanks!
