assembly extraction

hi

I would like , please, to extract the structure of the assembly which I have designed on freecad in xml format file.
in other words, after having designed the assembly I want to have the names of the parts and the types of constraints which connect them in an xml file.
how can i get it

You should tell the experts which assembly workbench you use.
