The minor errors I encountered during the translation

I think {{UnfinishedDocu}} needs no translation. It seems to me understandable to everyone who wants use FreeCAD. Needless waste time on this, so it is not marked for translation. When the page is finished this warning is removed. If I'm wrong, correct me.

This means that categories and templates like {{Userdocnavi}} or {{wbname Tools navi}} can now be moved OUTSIDE of translation tags. IN other words, translators are not responsible to translate them.

Take a look at the Import Export page. If you look at the source of the end of the page you'll see

[[Category:Common Questions{{#translation:}}]]

The {{#translation:}} internal mediawiki template will automatically append the translation country code. You can see this in https://www.freecadweb.org/wiki/Import_Export/de (Deutsch translation page). The translators don't have to manually append their countrycodes to these categories and templates anymore.

Note: We still need to do so for {{Docnav}} and {{GuiCommand}} (until we figure out how we learn if there is a workaround for these templates as well).

You're definitely right.
However, this is good exercise material for "young" translators.
It is also good to have the whole set of documents translated.
