Consistent Artwork?

OK I have also checked and where required updated the images on the Artwork and Artwork_Gui pages.

I was not very efficient about it, but even with that in mind: what a hassle.

Stats:
15% re-uploaded (in most cases different file, but image appears identical).
5% new.
1% problematic.

The Artwork pages should...

There is the potential for name conflicts:
1. See Wiki name conflict with Std_ViewScreenShot.svg in source code.
2. There are two different document-new.svg files in the source. Which explains the multiple version changes for that filename in the wiki.

I have updated the Artwork page. And, for now, have added an 'Obsolete Icons' paragraph.

I have renamed the paragraph to 'Erroneous icons'. And have listed the icons in three categories:
1. Icons with incorrect filenames
2. SVG Icons for commands without a GUI icon
3. PNG Icons for commands without a GUI icon

I may have gone a bit too far... Please change the 'Erroneous icons' if you disagree. I have added all the dummy ("X") icons.
