as BOLTS is more than a normal macro, I propose to put a specific link on http://www.freecadweb.org/wiki/index.php?title=Download, or create the wiki page "standard parts library"

I am fine with that, if that is of any help.

But I am not exactly sure what a standard parts library page should contain, so I think I just a link is sufficient.
