I probably misunderstand:
3 sketches -> 3 extrusions -> Common
3 sketches -> 3 extrusions -> Common

I was searching this but how can I attach those sketches to any BIM object? I mean wall columns, grid, etc

exactly, basically what he did is a 3D grid, something than I was requesting since weeks ago, this is a feature than other competitors can not do, but look like FreeCAD can. I think finally FreeCAD is in the head
