Active working plane changes when I close Draft Edit panel

1) Working Plane "Fundaciones" is active.
2) Select Rectangle002 object.
3) Double click on Rectangle002 object or Draft Edit command for Rectangle002
4) Click on close button in the panel task.
5) The working plane active will change to another working plane (Floor002).

Is this an expected behavior?

Nop. In this case, the active working plane changes to another working plane. Not to the aligned view. Also, you can see in the gif the working plane button at the top. It shows the same working plane without variation.
