piston for PSA DW10 2.0hdi engine
piston made out off aluminium 7075T6 bore 86,05mm so you can use stock 86mm Ford 2.2tdci pistons rings and end up with the right slot clearance...
https://drive.google.com/file/d/15IQU8W ... SY6dUWkOxU
Used in tiny tractorpulling engine, compression ratio 12,25:1, HX50 turbo 67mm intake wheel boost pressure 600kpa, Bosch type A line pump 650cc/1000injection cycles (800l/h@8Krpm) >600hp@8000rpm And proof that not all designs are that good

Re: 9" two plate centrifugal clutch
Looking good!!
PSA DW10/12 camshaft
camshaft for the PSA DW10/12 engine, 324 degree intake, 308 degree exhaust, 112 degree LSA, 4mm valve lift at overlap, 11,5mm valve lift fully opened.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1O1Nyt7 ... 5eLEi5Li7m And what does the high overlap lift when the engine is cold? enjoying the audience...

Re: piston for PSA DW10 2.0hdi engine
Very impressive, thanks for sharing.
A Sketcher Lecture with in-depth information is available in English, auf Deutsch, en français, en español.
Re: PSA DW10/12 camshaft
Did you even make the camshaft yourself? Cool!
Would you mind if I put all these posts into one topic? I think it woul be appropriate to have them all together.

Re: PSA DW10/12 camshaft
No problem Chris, I think I am ruining the forum with everything I do...
Re: PSA DW10/12 camshaft
No i think not.. You show some great stuff!!
Re: PSA DW10 rods
Edit: question unclear after the merging of multiple topics
Did you manufacture them the rods yourself, or is this a reproduction?
I notice that the FCStd model is in one part, while the real-life rods are in two parts. I suppose that the lost thickness due to the cutting process does not matter? (I know nothing about engines)
