Sorry about that. Getting back on track.
The aluminum extrusions that i have are pre cutted at 700mm length so i have to work my way around that. I started a basic assemble with a2plus trying at the same time to maximize the working area of the machine. My only doubt is if it makes any difference for the way the cnc handles lateral loads if the linear rails are positioned on top versus lateral as seen in the screenshot

I started assembling the various components and after hitting problems with inconsistent constraints i decided to go the sub assembly route and a separate file with a final assembly that can reload seamlessly modified parts of the machine.
the X axis assembly(there is a error in the file naming and i need to change those) base of the machine(basically the Y axis)
