Hi all, I'm completely new to both Kikad and FreeCad, so if this is common place knowledge Im sorry
I've managed to get as far as importing my kikad project into freecad. I am trying to make a front panel and would like to be able to get all of the component dependencies laid out. This would be things like the slots for the sliders and the screw hole locations, etc. I imagine afterwards I could send this to illustrator to add graphics and text.
Ive been able to sketch on top of the 3d model, but I cant seem to get any constraints from the model while sketching. I feel like I would need to start with the panel outline. But also think that if I could grab a screw hole center I could take off using the datasheet to help me dimension other things
