version: FreeCAD_0.19.19424_x64_Conda_Py3QT5-WinVS2015
os: win10 x64

1. "Icon folders" dialog for custom marco toolbar (Tools>Customize>Macros>Pixmap>Icon folders) doesnot support relative path. But user can add relative path by editing "user.cfg" file manually.
Inline editing ability is needed in "Icon folder" dialog, IMO.

2. "Add icon folder" dialog does not obey “DontUseNativeDialog” parameter. When “DontUseNativeDialog” is "true", "Add icon folder" still use native dialog.
