Yup, there was a back-ported bug fix so the link got broken. Thanks for reporting!

No bookmark needed. The page needed to edit is a template used in the page. When editing the Install on Mac page, there's a header titled "Templates used on this page:", it's collapsible.

You just have to click on the (edit) link besides Template:DownloadMacStable.
