New function in Sketcher : geometry by offset

currently the sketcher misses an important function, that's "offset".

obviously the offset function must work on every entity (lines, circles/arch, ellipse and curves/splines) including the retraced bordes

i think this is an important enhancement to make, what do you think?

in my opnion it isn't an importand feature.
In my daily work i have the option available but i never use it. I would prefere to have a thickness option in the extrude (what also work with open sketches). speed up the work flow much more and is less sensetive to changes!
