Can you try (I think it's) Ctrl+F5? (It might be Shift+F5 on Chrome)

I had this issue as well, though I am not sure why this was happening. Maybe because the css styling was changed? But I refreshed the page and it was fine then.

It could have something to do with some of the performance-related cache settings changes we've made recently. Hopefully it should just pass.
