Improve visibility of 0.19 on Downloads page

We get rather frequent questions here about where to find the 0.19 version. It is well linked on the Downloads page, but obviously it is not easy enough to recognize. Are there any ideas about how to improve?

Some observations:
- On my screen I have to scroll down to see the Development section, making the huge images slightly smaller or shifting things up may help
- It doesn't say anything about 0.19 on the Downloads page, it's only about "Development version", which is easier to handle, but not as clear
- ...?

Maybe the "Development versions" section should mimic the "Current stable version" section? Maybe with a different image to indicate dev?

I was referring to the Downloads page available directly from the home page, but perhaps I am mistaken. I have asked the last member who asked this question.

I see. An additional problem here is that the development link links to https://github.com/FreeCAD/FreeCAD/releases instead of https://github.com/FreeCAD/FreeCAD/rele ... g/0.19_pre where the assets will be expanded.

I would guess that the collapsed assets are indeed the main issue!

I changed the links on both the wiki/download and homepage/download pages to point to the 0.19_pre page, which will solve the collapsed assets problem. Broke the whole freecadweb.org doing so https://forum.freecadweb.org/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=41531

The scrolling problem is still there though.
For the wiki/downloads page I think moving the development links above the Notes section should make it more prominent.
For the homepage/downloads, I agree we should shrink the "huge" icons, and maybe move the page up a bit (less unused space at the top)

Is there a way to change the links 0.xx_pre with a template or something so this won't be a maintenance burden?
