Offest3D react up side down

Offest3D react up side down

When I make offset3D feature, it react with a different way depending face.
Sometime up, sometime down. How to understand that?
If I sew the faces, offset give something wrong.
Is it possible to invent a feature to change this issue? Make all faces same orientation?
