The one you posted seams fine for me. Would you go for an update of Transient_FEM_analysis and use the new bimetall example instead the one which is there ATM?

Eventually I would add some hints in the regard of the possibility to use Python to create the example and make a link to the code in femexamples. https://github.com/FreeCAD/FreeCAD/blob ... imetall.py
