is it possible to use FEM and "CFDOF" at the same time to create a demolition simulation?
if not, is there any software suggested? and if possible open source.

You can try elmer. elmer has a solver for fluid-structure-interaction (FSI).

BTW: you can use elmer with the FEM-wb too (after installing elemer).
But for running FSI you must edit the case files after writing. Which I never tried for FSI...
