[Feature Request] Helical Sweep in Part Design

I did a cursory look over the issue tracker, didn't see anything relevant. Feel free to close this and link to a duplicate.

Basically, I want to be able to easily sketch threads using just the part design workbench. Having to go into part, create a helix, shimmy it over to where my hole/outer diameter is, then go back and do the sweep is a pain. If I were able to just select a sketch and and axis and just do it like that, it would be great. Bonus points if I can just select a sketch and a cylinder and have it work.
