FC 01.9 / A2Plus-WB ... A2p_example-for-dragging-animation.FCStd ... requires v0.4.38

My goal is to use the command "Move the part under rule of constraints." as described by the example A2p_example-for-dragging-animation.FCStd @ https://freecadweb.org/wiki/A2plus_Workbench
By intention I'm not using the Animation-WB respective a Python-Script in this case. The described dragging-function is what I like to get.

(I) While I try to move my own assembly I got surprising behavior. With a axisCoincident constraint the lever can just be moved along the constraint-axis ... not rotated around the axis ... regardless the rotation-setting (true, false).

(II.a) Trying A2p_example-for-dragging-animation.FCStd it behaves different too. If the lime-colored shape is selected no movement et all.
(II.b.0) balken_003 & balken_004 removed + try to move balken_002 ... no movement
(II.b.1) then delete the last circular constraint with the command active
(II.b.3) now balken_002 is moving across the entire scene ... with balken_001 shape-property fixed_Postion=false

No errors or warnings were reported by the system ... looks ok.

The dragging feature seems to be brand-new ... updated to v0.4.38 ... everything perfect.
I like the dragging feature ... Thx

PS. My own assembly is working too without changes.
