AFAIK it isn't. ;) What's the need behind your question?

What's the need behind your question?
I thought about that for a while. My need is to get appearance icons on the toolbar as a standard tool. After using this macro for 6 months I can't hardly use FreeCAD without it, I guess that's why I'm so adamant. As we workflow from sketching to solids the environment changes, with multiple solids we need to be able to switch between see-thru and solid almost all the time, and we don't have tools to do that easily.
Without my macro, if I need to size a clearance for 10 bodies I might spend 1/3 of my time clicking on appearances to view inside solids, afterwards I need to undo all my appearance changes to see a solid model. We can do that same thing with a few buttons and two seconds.

I should say that I personally don't need anything, I'm advocating for the users.

Hi,

is this macro obsolete / integrated somewhere (were I could not find it). Pretty helpful for my use case.

On Win10 I get a little corrupted view with the version of post #1:

If you can give me some feedback I will try to size the icons for a Mac. I presume Vision5 will look funny also. It appears there is some minimum width required but I don't have a Mac for testing. :)

Here is a version for testing, on my laptop this is a nice width but kind of tall, it does not work correctly with FreeCAD stylesheets. It also seems to be 50/50 on docking, it works on my desktop but not on my laptop. If a few buttons are off color, well I'm not sure about that right now, but everything should work. Anyway this is Vision5.

Hi Chris,

looks much better now on Windows 10. Still a little bit narrow. Size is perfect for me. Thanks.

I am a little in a hurry. Just want to say that this is - for my use case - the most underrated FC-gadget ever. Seeing "inside" a model and modifying at once gets so fast without clicking your fingers off. Maybe adding a fast clipping tool as well could be an idea. But anyway ... runs like a charm as it is.
