I did ask the same. So far no code available. He does cool stuff, but we have never seen a PR of his code so far only pics, pics, pics.

I submitted a PR to allow draft link based array to not spit out error for object without shape.
Draft link is powered by App::Link. It's array mode offers some help on selection disambiguation. You can see it clearer by using the selection view. The selection shows the index of each selected instances, even if the object has no Shape. You can use Gui.getSelectionEx('', 0) to obtain the full selection path in SubElementNames.
